Large and clean room, comfortable bed, excellent reception staff, nice breakfast, swimming pool and pool table.

Nothing everything was great.

It was quiet in the room. Nice view of the small lagoon. Good double-glazed windows. There was no noise. Spacious room and cheerful bathroom. Clean venue. Comfortable. Good security. Good safe. Swimming pools and park are nice. Nothing too fancy, nice. rich food, menu of minutes and menu of the bar that leads to the room or to the sectors of swimming pool. nice.

The bed had no summier cover, the bedding was old. Not the sheets but the bedspread. The bathroom had almost no soap... they put one by one... there was nowhere to leave the soap on the bathroom counter. That is to say a soap dish. At breakfast, the juice was instantaneous, the kind that was powdered, not squeezed naturally. Some of the glasses were cracked. There were no coffee or tea spoons at breakfast. But some disposable plastic sticks. The heated pool is very small and I couldn't use it because there were so many people. Children in the adult sector. The precarious spa and gym.

room with kitchen area is nice and spacious, as it is on the ground floor it has direct access to the garden. Excellent facilities and services to enjoy the outdoors. good the two outdoor pools and size of the property, although there were people did not feel crowded. They offer outdoor chairs and tables and have bar service. If the weather is bad you can use the indoor pool. There are also games for small children, as well as pool, table tennis and ping pong. Breakfast is varied. restaurant's food is very good during the week, they have room service.

WiFi didn't work well. TV in the room is very small, you can't see it from the bed. One of the nights, restaurant's menu was very limited and food not very good. porsche in the room lacked cleanliness. One of the days it took them to deliver towels for the swimming pool. location of the hotel is comfortable because of its proximity to the capital but there is nothing in the surrounding area.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, outside the city center, provided a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I was impressed by the range of amenities offered, including the ironing facilities, mini-bar, and flat-screen TV. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch. I also enjoyed the beautiful garden area, where I could relax and unwind after a long day.

I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. The level of comfort and quality of service provided here is exceptional.

Very nice the animators of the activities of the children and were very good the activities, although they could add also a snack for the children, the rooms are very well and attended to our requirements . Very nice the outside space.. The people at the reception were very nice

Poor quality food, few options gave us poorly cooked food and day of the buffet was more a salad buffet than a dinner buffet.. In one of the dinners they gave us literally raw chicken and offered to compensate with a dessert. They should have returned the money or changed the dish.. facilities were in decline and not working. We ran out of water and at another time the air conditioning broke and they couldn't fix it and they put in an electric stove. One of the days the heated pool had cold water and outside the pool the temperature was not the right one. Not very personal.

I liked the heated pool and dry sauna.

For the price over $5. 000 we noticed a lack of general maintenance at the hotel, without going into details, desk furniture in room 253 lacked a frigobar and little wooden door was held up by folded paper, bathroom had a lot of sewage smell coming from the drain, shower was too small for a normal person to turn around and half glass screen was not able to retain the water from the shower so the whole bathroom floor got wet, double bed turned out to be two single beds or two single mattresses on a sommier base but the problem was that the bed had some kind of spring or rigid mattress structure that made it difficult to sleep on that area.

The outdoor space was quite nice, with a large pool and a well-maintained garden area. the breakfast had a good variety of options and the coffee was decent. the location was convenient for exploring the local area.

The room was not very clean and had a damp, musty smell. the shower had very low water pressure and the towels were old and scratchy.

breakfast selection was nice. appreciated the pool. i totally recommend the hotel to everyone. even the jorge newbery airport was not so far.

most beautiful thing about the hotel is the garden and pools. They let you drink mate, waitresses serve you wherever you are, you can use powers and umbrellas. girl who looked after my 3 year old daughter is a total god! (Sissi) the staff is a love! Especially Natalia and her mom the waitresses!

We had to change rooms because the air was not working (room 108). once we had asked to have it checked and we were installed. We had to reassemble the suitcase to cross. hotel has cleaning details that could be improved. stained carpets (room 107) the dirty hair grids. white tartar shower. comfortable beds but they were not made in the hotel style, it seemed that they had been made in a hurry. pool in the park was full of water bugs, those little cockroach species of water. food in the restaurant left a lot to be desired. trout with cream of spinach was a cream soup with sour spinach and raw onion. noodles with thick, sticky seafood. apple crumble cold and instead of ice cream as the menu said, red fruit sauce. we asked for it, they heated the dish and put the ice cream on top. minimum chocolate mousse, served in a transparent "plastic pot". breakfast was a bit poor and badly served, juices were not natural, horrible. glasses and dishes for dirty children, skidded by the hands when they wanted to grab them. There were no eggs, no yogurt (there was only one drinkable one and it was served in a jar without cold), no croissants made of butter, only hard fat. place is worth it because of its garden and pools (very clean! the staff who make it cool! There were 4 of us and we had two towels to bathe in, I asked for more the receptionist asked me to "go get them in 10 minutes because she was alone"... poor girl finally brought them to me when she could because I was bathing my daughter. You can see that they make an effort and it is rescuable.

Convenient Location - This hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. The breakfast provided was decent and filling. It was also great to have access to a fitness center and a swimming pool.

Poor Service - The staff could be more attentive and responsive to guests' needs. The hotel rooms are in dire need of refurbishment.

I liked the park area

I didn't like the location and the food was not bad but could be much better
